Protein while pregnant
I'm wondering if anyone has heard or knows if protein powder while pregnant is okay? I bought this all organic kind at costco but want to make sure it's okay before I start taking it. I supplemented with whey isolate before being pregnant because of muscle recovery. But I want to make sure I'm getting enough protein.
