Question about prenatal care

I met my home birth midwife last week and I love her. I've been seeing a hospital midwife that I love also (who has also had a home birth and knows my plans). The question is, when should I stop seeing the hospital midwife? I want to stop now but I also want an anatomy scan, which my home birth midwife can also order through her back up Doctor. The next appt I have is inconvenient with my schedule too. I love how flexible my home birth midwife is. What do you guys think? Last pregnancy I had all prenatal care with home birth midwife and did a private scan around 20 weeks. Recommendations?
