What's your obnoxious PMS pain?

For me, when I'm PMSing, I always have the worst back pain and breast pains. My boobs literally feel like they're being stabbed whenever they're touched, that's how tender they can get. How about you?

The worst is sitting, then standing and just feeling that waterfall between your legs. Makes me wanna die 😂 I feel so freaking gross!

I get horrible cramps and it gets so bad that one time at school I almost passed out and threw up.

Horrible back pain, i always say i want someone to sit a 2x4 across my back and sit on it.  Lol and if im cramping, i feel like my insides are being squeezed really hard

I have terrible mood swings. One minute im laughing the next im crying. Im just an emotinal wreck aha x

I get horrible back pain. It's mostly at my lower back and goes down my legs, it also feels like someone is punching my uterus. My mood swings get crazy! One time I started crying because I dropped a fork!
