Been with my boyfriend for 6 months we broke up today how the hell do i stop feeling like the world is gonna eat me up

Just take it one day at a time. I know you're probably hurting really bad and want a hug, This is me hugging you. It's okay to feel bad, and to cry and be sad for a few days. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Take a few days to let it out splurge a little, cry all you need to and delete pictures, and remove and rid yourself of anything that reminds you of him if you feel that you guys are done for good. If not just take a few days to think and focus on yourself and how you can be better and what you really deserve. I know it's not really what you want to hear but it will be okay Love, He's missin out on a great girl. and Someone will see your beauty and worth and treat you the way you deserve to be treated.
