When you done making love ???

Is there anything that you have to do to make the chances higher of having a baby like don't use the restroom or don't stand up ?

I know that all that all these "ideas of helping sperm get to the target." Are all wise tales. But I still put a pillow under my butt, kept my knees up and laid still for 30 mins after! But 1 thing I did do that MIGHT have actually helped was I took 2 tsp. of my children's Musinex about an hour before bed. Good Luck to you all!!!

Many OBs recommend laying with butt in the air for at least 15 mins after BD. Then to make sure to get up and urinate to help clean out your bladder and avoid UTIs. I think it's just a personal preference. People get pregnant standing up right after sex all the time so no true way to prove it. I know though after IUI they make you lay flat after the procedure for 15 minutes.  Guess those docs like leaving us feeling awkward.

My friend told me she used the bicycle method to have her daughter, lay down, legs up you know what I mean lol it worked for her. I just lay Down after for a while, been TTC for a year do clearly it hasent been helping lol but try anything ! Best of luck

Lol, I used to prop my hips up with pillows while laying down. Not sure if it helped, but the next cycle I got a BFP!
