My partner is very very gentle when it comes to sex. I, on the other hand, like it slightly rough when I'm about to start my period. Not anything too crazy but I do like a little playfully rough handling. He just can't seem to do it! He's so afraid he'll hurt me either physically or emotionally that he shies away every time he starts to get "carried away."
