Can some one tell me what this is? My baby has it on his chest , back and face? Is baby acne? Or a Rash? What could it be; I even change his shampoo and lotion to avenoo...

Looks like heat rash to me.. Try not to use synthetic fabrics (polar fleece etc.) and stick to cottons and light blankets.

Baby acne. Trust me I freaked out too,but it does go away on its own. Keep it dry and it's should be good

My baby has something similar. The doc said its newborn rash. It moves around, but should clear up in a week or two. There's nothing to do in the meantime
