Looking back on my cycle list, I realized that from June-Dec for the last three years, I've been regular. Something happens in December and it all goes haywire. And here I am again waiting for a period that's a week late... It's not stress from the holidays. Especially not this year. I'm so confused and frustrated. Has anyone ever experienced this?
