Yeast or herpes?

This is super embaressing! I had a yeast infection last week of December.  But now it is back I think.  I have no itching/burning/smell.  My discharge is mostly clear  with some white chunky pieces.  I noticed I have little cuts or fissures now around my vagina and perineal area and freaking out.  Online mentioned herpes.  Is this a possibility? I've been with the same guy for years.  And one ther guy 3 or 4 years ago.  My significant other has never had any problems.

If you see white blisters or any sort or lesions it could be herpes. An outbreak can happen even years after exposure.

Try not to freak out! I'm the queen of being 100% convinced I'm dying thanks to google. Def make an appointment with your doctor. I wouldn't suspect genital herpes because from what I've heard it can be a pretty painful initial outbreak, but it's always better to be safe than sorry and make sure to get tested. I'm married and continue getting tested just to err on the side of caution

I don't think it's herpes but you should see a gyno if you're so concerned. I think it's a yeast infection. ⚠ TMI ⚠ I had recurrent yeast infections because of antibiotics and one of them wasn't about cottage like discharge and that stuff. It was externally and yet a yeast infection. I had cuts, little rips and aaaall my labia majora and minora we're covered in scabs and the skin was flaky, super red and burning. It was terrible. My gyno prescribed me a cream called Lomexin. I don't know how they name it in the states or wherever you are from. If it's a yeast infection that cream works wonders. The active ingredient is Fenticonazole.

It's as if I wrote this myself.. Went to the dr, waiting on test results if it is herpes.. Been married going on 11 years..  never had this before

Yeast infections cab leave you raw, so I wouldn't fret love. Like really raw. Sometimes light blood. Your ok.

If it burns when you touch it and look like little "craters" then more than likely its herpes IF you have other symptoms as well.

I was having the same issue for months before i found out i was pregnant. Once pregnant went to the doctor and found out i had HPV. You can have hpv for uears before you have symptoms or it even showing up on any test. In most cases it comes and goes without any knowledge of it. That mixed with gestational diabetes made my yeast infections horrible. I could hardly stand it. Praying that u dont have the issues i have. But i recommend going to the dr and asking whats going on.
