Implantation bleed?

Hello! 
Forgive me if this is stupid but could I have had implantation bleeding today? We DTD on 5th January in my fertile window (not TTC but not preventing either!) and my period is due on Friday 15th (in 4 days time) 
I've had a little bit of spotting (brownish blood- sorry tmi) but nothing else. Could it be implantation? Could I be pregnant?

Mine is light pink to a dark pink - not brown at all. Guess we'll know in a couple more days

I'm no expert but from what I understand brown-ish blood signifies "old blood" which some women get spotting of a few days before their period starts. Implantation spotting is usually more of a pinkish bright reddish tint, like fresh blood.

But again, I'm not a doctor so who knows!! You may be pregnant! Guess only time will tell! Good luck.
