Contractions!

Had my appointment today and told my doctor that my baby had been a lazy bones for the last few days so they set me up to be monitored. Of course she was moving like crazy during that time, lol. But during the 20 minutes I was monitored, I had 4 contractions. When the doctor told me, I kind of laughed because I didn't even know it! I thought I was just having some bowel movement pains but I guess not! Well, she checked & I'm not dilated or anything but baby girl is head down. I'll be 30 weeks this week. Now I'm nervous that I will miss more contractions and not know they are happening!
