Anyone dealing with anxiety while TTC without meds?

I stayed on my meds (ativan and Celexa) during the 6 months of TTC. When I got my BFP I just stopped taking them. I'm not 13 weeks and I've almost broken-down a couple times and took an ativan because of sudden panic attacks. I had one massive panic attack at 9 weeks which caused my vega nerve to respond and I actually lost consciousness and they couldn't get a blood pressure on me and my heart rate was 43. I came out of it and haven't had one since. My attacks usually start with throat tightening.. so I know I've had mini attacks but honestly everytime I want to take an ativan I youtube "newborn ativan withdrawl" and I'm all set on taking that shit. I'll have the panic attack. Good luck.

I went to the doctor she was taking my transvagina ultrasound  it pain me alot 
Doctor told me that i dont let my husband do sex

I am I've turned to meditation and journaling and walking to try to help I usually use baths but now you can't have hot baths and I'm scared to have any baths lol its hard though I've been pretty anxious

I was prescribed, celexa and xanex. I have never taken the celexa, I refuse to take it, I only take the xanex when I need it. My anxiety has been very bad lately, since I lost my job 2 weeks before Xmas. My bf works nights so I'm alone then, and that's when my anxiety and depression is the worst

I'm trying. If I get really bad I will take an Ativan, but not if I think it's possible I could be pregnant. It's terrible. I'm starting to think I'm not mom material 😔
