One day late..

So according to one <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.nurture">pregnancy app</a> AF is one day late, another app says she won't stop by til next week. Took a HPT bc I'm obsessed but just got a BFN. Could it be too early to test? Or just wait til next week?
