I'm between 5-6 weeks pregnant and had been so happy I hadn't had any spotting or bleeding, but there's nothing Ike that moment when your heart sinks to your stomach the first time you see some blood. Just used the bathroom and had a bright red spot on the toilet paper, none when I wiped again and currently no cramping (I've been lightly cramping every day so far). Hoping it was a one time thing, that all is well and that it doesn't scare me like that again!
