TMI!!! Implantation or AF

Not sure if this is AF or implantation bleeding. I have irregular periods and stopped the depo 7 months ago so it has been hard to tell what is going on. Been having neasea, swollen painful breasts, and fatigue. Took 2 HPT the last 2 days and both negative. Any help would be great.
