Random symtoms? help

The week after AF I have cramps that I was told caused from a cyst, but then told it couldn't have been a cyst. I do have unprotected sex. But I'm just curious if anyone else has had this happen. It's a radiating pain from my ovaries to my back. And sometimes behind my belly button. Nausea. And like cramping pain. And it occurs randomly.
