I had an IUD put in late Thursday in the 5th day of my period and then it ended the next day. The day after it ended my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex and I'm worried I didn't wait long enough to have unprotected sex before the IUD could adjust to my body. All the pamphlets and info charts online say it's safe to have sex as soon as I want after having it implaced during my cycle however I'm still worried.
