Lincoln Matthew is here!

Born on 1/10/16 at 35 weeks 0 days, 5 lbs. 9 oz, 18 inches long! We had absolutely no clue or indication that he was arriving early so this was a huge surprise for these first time parents. Turns out his umbilical cord was only ten inches long which was choking him as he grew and heading towards the birth canal. Water broke at 10 am, emergency C Section due to dropping heart rate had him out by 1:22 pm. Started off on CPAP machine, but now he's breathing on his own, and he's eating like a champ! He'll probably be in NICU until the weekend to master the whole breathe, suck, swallow, but other than that he is so amazing. We are so in love!
