Brown spotting

Unfortunately I started having some brown spotting I am so sad dr say everything is fine with the baby that she couldn't find anything on my mucus but later on yesterday the brown got darker and I am so afraid if happen what I am thinking will be my second angel that I misscarrige I'm trying to be positive and strong but it's difficult around my eyes is so red I cried so much my hubby was so happy it took us 2 years to experience the positive test, I don't want to loose my angel😪
