I don't know if it means anything but I think I'm leaking from my vagina it's nothing excessive but could it be my water breaking 
When your water broke did you know? 
If yes why and if no please explain

Water breaking could be anything from just be like liquid dripping down your leg to water gushing like in movies. I would call your doctor asap Especially if you are less then full term or going to get induced

When my water broke with my first born I had no idea it was my water. I thought I was peeing on myself! I kept having the urge to pee so I did. Then as I stood up from the toilet water kept trickling down my leg. I thought I was peeing on myself and thought how embarrassing I can't control it. Well I jumped in the shower only to realize it happened again. After a few minutes I realized it wasn't pee, it was my water!!!!

It seems like I leak a little every night, for the past 2 weeks. I will wake up to go pee and my undies will be a little wet, but not from pee. Its odd

Yup it doesn't always have to be a gush, you could have a small tear or pin hole, causeing light leaking or dripping, always better to be safe than sorry.

I went in last Saturday with leaking it was nothing but they were glad I came in

With my first baby my water just started leaking slowly, I would only notice it with certain movements or positions & it was pink tinged.
