I just started the diva cup and I love it!! I don't think I'll ever go back to tampons.

I just started using a cup s few month back. I honestly thought the idea was so disgusting, and really thought I wouldn't actually use it or let alone like it. I LOVE it though!! They're so comfortable. Yea they're a little gross at first, but let's face it changing and pulling blood soaked tampons out of your vag isn't any "cleaner" or any less unsanitary. It has helped my horrid cramps every month to where I barely cramp anymore and I feel so much better! Plus they don't leave any yucky odor like pads/tampons can do so that's a plus! 😊😀 I recommend for every female to at least give one s try for a couple cycles before downing them!
