I cant get pregnant

So I was raped and got pregnant when I was 15, I miscarried at 23 weeks and got the mirena. I had the Lorena for 3 years, had it taken out and I've been trying to get pregnant for 6 months and still nothing, can anyone explain to me what's going on or does aanyone have ideas or suggestions that might help?
