hi all,

I've had my mirena in for about 9 months now, and recently had unprotected sex with my (now ex)boyfriend. I'm experiencing pregnancy symptoms and I don't know what to do. I've heard that you can get pregnant still while on mirena but is it really possible?

It can be possible iud are 99.9 effective but have in mind that the mirena iud has hormones and you are probably stressing out over the situation and that alone might be giving you the symptoms

Not having a period is very normal. I go months with out one and when I finally do, it's only last for a day.
