What will help with ovulation or the possibility of getting twins ?

Clomid can but it decreases CM so I wouldn't do that(its needed for sperm survival). That & fertility drugs used in treatment. A high amount of Folic acid supplement, family history of twins of course, a diet high in calcium(vegaterians are less likely to have twins), women in the 30s & 40s are more likely to have twins, being overweight(don't do that though lol) and try to conceive while still breastfeeding.
