How likely is it that you would recieve a positive opk and still not ovulate. I'm just wondering from people's personal experiences. How accurate are they? Does anyone have positive or negative experiences with them?

I use the digital ones. They are more expensive but well worth it! I was in the same boat as u. I wasn't showing I was ovulating but my Dr took blood and I have been. I have been on clomt for 3 months now and I show every month when I ovulate and the funny thing is that its usually around close to the same time every month on the weekend.. I think my problem was my hormones were outa whack and the clomid helped balance it all out. Gl chic hope u find something that works

If you have PCOS, then the opks may not be accurate. I was always told by my doc, not to waste the money on them. So it depends on your body.
