Safest sex with being abstinent?

Me and my hubby were thinking that I could go on birth control, use a condom AND withdraw when he ejaculates. Would there still be a high risk of pregnancy?

Years ago me and my friend we talking about wishing we were pg and she said that she thinks she might be and she had IUD and it turned out she was pg. Her IUD had shifted.

I just use the pill an have been for the past three years and have not used anything else and I haven't got pregnant

I recommend an IUD because it's over 99% effective and you won't have to worry about taking a pill everyday or withdrawal. I have one personally (used to take the pill). It's been so convenient and I don't worry about pregnancy.

If you are young I would not go the vasectomy route. What you want now and what you will want 5-10 years from now are two totally different things.

​My DH went years swearing he would never have kids. He knew without a shadow of a doubt that we would never have kids... 8 years later we are TTC. Vasectomy is reversible but it's not 100% reversible.

Birth control alone gives you a super low chance of getting pregnant. Some are more reliable and effective than others. Talk to your dr about these options.
