echogenic bowel??????

has anyone been told their baby has echogenic bowel? I was first told at 20 weeks and had a second appointment today for a level 2 ultrasound and it's for sure echogenic bowel. my blood tests came back negative for Down syndrome and cystic fibrosis, and she's perfectly healthy besides the echogenic bowel(perfect heart, brain, and lungs). we decided to not do the amnio bc I don't see the need to and don't want to risk a miscarriage. the genetics counselor said it's possible it could just clear up by itself by third trimester, or there could be something blocking stuff from moving in the intestines which could be removed surgically, or the nerves in the intestines aren't working correctly. trying not to freak out, but just want to know if anyone else has gone through this and what the outcome was?
