Dry mouth?

Question

Every night my nose ends up runny and I wake up with my mouth completely dry. It's awful. Makes my teeth feel gritty and gross. Anyone else?

I was just telling my fiance this a minute ago. I don't have the runny nose but definitely the dry mouth. So bad I can't even swallow until I get a drink. I figure I'm doing it because I went from being a nose breather to a mouth breather when I sleep... But idk. But you are not alone.

It happens to me and I know I'm not a mouth breather!  I sleep with a humidifier and keep a bottle of water by my bed. It's winter here and running my head dries me completely out!  This is one symptom I actually don't blame on pregnancy. I always keep with a humidifier in winter. 🌬💦
