32 weeks and S.O and I are fighting non stop

I'm not sure what's going on. Last two weeks my fiancé and I have been fighting around the clock about everything. What I get from the grocery store, visiting my family up the street,getting the apartment ready for our new arrival, bills, literally everything and tonight I received a call from the doctors office - on 1/8 I had my glucose test now they want me in for my three hour this Friday no excuses no exceptions I was told to be there the minute the doors open. My test results were elevated and I have gained a lot of weight very quickly. I informed S.O and he literally shrugged it off and said I was fine. I informed him this could effect the baby his response "stop worrying your both fine, your just panicking again"... Feeling emotionally neglected and so angry with him
