Anyone get an ultrasound at 4 1/2 weeks?

My OBGYN wants to see me tomorrow at 4 weeks 4 days for my first appt, not sure if she is just going to do blood work (although I've taken five very strong at home tests) or if she will do an ultrasound? But I wasn't sure if it was too early to see anything or determine anything yet at almost 5 weeks? I believe she is seeing me early since I miscarried with my last... Any experience with this ladies?

I had my first ultrasound around then and blood work as I'm high risk - and while my hcg levels were good she couldn't find a gestational sac til just after 5 weeks - despite the fact that everything seems good now - just a heads up as it sent me into an unnecessary panic!  It's just super early so don't worry if they don't see anything yet :)

They won't see anything yet! I went at my 4 weeks and they told me even though I was getting one I won't see anything! They did it too see if everything else looked good! He told me to come back at 6 weeks for an ultrasound to show something

I had one ! They could only see the sac because I wasn't fat enough along .
