Are you insecure at the gym?

If you are, what are your insecurities? If were, or now your not..regardless, please tell me how you got over it! :)

I'm only insecure when I'm the only woman in the room, it's very uncomfortable to run or workout when you have twenty pairs of male eyes watching you.

I don't want to be noticed, I just want to run until I'm sweaty and ready to fall over.

Just go in, kickass, repeat!!! Everyone else is either: insecure themselves, super into their own workouts, assholes.

I used to be insecure when I was a gym newbie. I was convinced that everyone would stare at me and know that I had no clue what I was doing. But none of that ever happened 🙂 Here it is 2 years & I'm more confident than ever!

Once I became more comfortable with myself and more familiar with the gym I was going to, I started caring less about what other people thought. I have my music on loud and I only watch myself in the mirrors when I lift—this way I can block out the haters🤗😂 just playing, but it really does help when you ignore the people around you and focus on yourself. Don't let the judgment of others keep you from reaching those goals!😘
