Random question

My husband been texting me all day today saying that he doesn't feels like himself today. That he is always tired & sleepy & shakey. He told me to take a pregnancy test but I'm not ready to take one. He remembers the first time I got pregnant, he was always hungry so he thinks I'm pregnant but I don't feel anything. My question is has your husbands or boyfriends ever felt anything before you took a pregnancy test? Or is he just flipping out? Help me please
