Baby Maybe

Here my story.. I have 4 fribords and heard it hard to conceive with fribords  I wanted to try to get pregnant and see if I can without removing the fribords I have been trying for like 3 months to get pregnant my period is 3 days late it usually it's on time all the time last period was sept 6. Today I hard light bleed it turn brown now I'm back to regular.. Could this be it what do you think
