Side pain & stabbing pelvic pain?

This is something that happens to me a lot! I'm wondering if any of my pcos sisters have this problem as well? I always think its a cyst rupturing or ovulation but I really have no idea other than that it hurts like a mofo.

I get this every month... My dr said i might be extremely sensitive to ovulation or could be cysts. Def hurts!

I had this happen my last cycle and I found out it was a cyst because I happened to be at the doctors that day. I usually have ovulation pains post ovulation but this cycle was my first cycle on metformin and I haven't had any yet. I think I am due for my period on Tuesday or Wednesday but being the first month on the meds I am not too sure when she is due. All in all, I would say it sounds very much like a cyst. I'm sorry. ☹️

I get horrible side pain when I'm dehydrated but that's it.

My friend mentioned the other day she gets stabbing pains from her hip down her leg now and then and the doctor said it's pcos related.
