Blood test for pcos?

Ok lady's I have an appointment next Wednesday with a gyn/specialist what blood test would you ask to be done I am on metformin 850mg two times a day I also take 75mcg of thyroid medicine it is under control at 2.0 please lady's any advice would help

My ob said there was no need for blood test. He could tell I had pcos. And no need for me to spend a bunch of money. However, my sisters doctor (not ob/gyn) decided to run a blood panel to check her hormone levels to determine if she has pcos. I'm sure if you tell them that you are concerned about pcos they will know what to run.  But my guess is to ask for a blood panel to check hormone levels.
