I have 2 girls from a previous marriage and I've just left my pregnant girlfriend who's 16 weeks pregnant. I still have feelings for her but I just don't think we can be together. I'm just worried that no other woman will want me?!

just cause his or her girlfriend is pregnant does not mean he or she has to be with her. They could still be there for her but just not be together. Stop judging when you have no idea what's going on in their relationship.
