Took a while to get pregnant. Had an early miscarriage and infant loss after that

It took my husband and I about 7 months to get a positive test. Three days later I had a very early miscarriage. About a month and a half later I was pregnant again. At our 20 week ultrasound we found out the baby had HLHS but doctors were positive he or she would be ok up until birth and then would have a three step surgery and things would be fine. We had a full term pregnancy and welcomed our baby girl..we were so surprised! Three days later she went in for her surgery and her heart was not strong enough to come off of the bypass. We held her for hours and then had to say goodbye. It's only been a week and hope for future babies...this has been awful...but I am still thankful we got to meet our little girl.
