Honestly tattoos don't hurt that bad so don't be so scared. I think that's a little big for your first tattoo also. I'd try something little.

I wouldnt get that as your first because i doubt that would be done in one sitting especially on the boobs.

This is my second one I sat for 3 hours on my first session and another two the next time some times I regret that it's so big. Now when I think about getting one I plan it out in a box and wait 6 months then I look at it again if I want to make any changes I make them and put it back for another 6 months over and over until I have no more changes

I wouldnt recommend getting one that big for your first one, and your rib cage is a sensitive area, so that spot will hurt more. Go for something smaller in a less sensitive spot here is a pain chart to consider.
