Life after miscarriage
I feel a part of me "let myself go" in the sense that when I was pregnant I was eating healthy as ever and drinking healthy too. Two weeks after d/c and all I want is comfort junk food. I'm bloated from d/c but also not being super healthy. I need to remind myself I'm preparing for future baby (i will one day meet my first) but it's hard to get motivations..specially while I'm still bleeding from d/c and don't want to work out...anyone else with me?
