Very few eggs left..

Hi everybody! Just wanted to ask you if any of you have got pregnant with or without ivf, having very few eggs left. I got my results from my tests and that's what they told me. Just finished my first round of clomid and I don't think it worked because I'm having cramps and breast pain (AF coming in 5 days). So I want to try ivf but would like to know if I could have any hope considering I have very few eggs left. What do you think? Thanks! :-)
