Help, TMI. Hemorrhoids?

Question

How do I know if I have hemorrhoids? I have noticed bleeding twice now over about a month and a half. I have these bumps on my buttchecks. Near the inside but always on the cheeks. I thought maybe it's my underwear rubbing the wrong way but I have no idea. They feel almost like pimples. Please tell me someone else out there has had something similar.

I would go to the Doctor. Have them check for something called H.S. (Hydradenitus Supertiva). Word of advice: If you google it - DO NOT LET THE INTERNET SCARE YOU! :) The doctor might say they've never heard of it, but it's ok (don't freak out😌). It's rare but not that rare, and treatable. I have it. I get it under my arms too. Its just extra painful acne caused by your skin rubbing your clothes wrong or an extra angry ingrown hair trying to "do the most". But it can get pretty yucky and painful if you don't have it checked out. Hope that helps!

Hemorrhoids develop in/on your actual butthole, not the cheeks. They are inflamed veins, not pimples. I had them once after being put on iron tablets, and my first symptom was that it burned so badly I had to rush from the dinner table to the shower to alleviate the sensation. As it progressed I couldn't walk, it was really painful. Have someone check for you, or if you don't have someone you feel comfortable with, go to the doctor!
