Can I get pregnant again ?!

I want another baby ! And I've been trying maybe not as much as I should.. Every time I have sex and I'm just lik okay we ready for baby #2 and I'm all excited BUT then I find out I'm not... And I'm just lik okay cool I'm not I have hella shit to do anyways. And here comes my period again and I'm like yes okay another try... But since I've had my first son Julien I've been so irregular to the point where I don't get a period for 4 mo this ! And I'm scared that when I had my c-section the doctors ducked me up. Since they did mess up with my epidural... Anything is possible.
