No. He is a very immature man full of arrogance. People say he's very smart, very convincing. I don't believe any word he says. He says whatever people want to hear, that's the only thing, but I don't think that's being smart, he just knows how to manipulate people, by telling them what they want to hear. But that doesn't mean he WILL give them what they want.
