devastated weight loss
After over a year of working hard to get the stomach of my dreams, i caught Hand Foot and Mouth Disease. The pain in my mouth has made it impossible to eat for over a week and ive had nothing but water and protein drinks...the weight ive lost is absolutely devastating...
i tried so hard to gain as much muscle as possible and weighing 125lbs i was close to my dream of 130lbs....now i weigh almost 109lbs
