Endometriosis?

I can be somewhat of a worry wort... but does this sound like endometriosis??

I'm 23 and the first day of my period I feel....terrible. if I could call in sick for work I would, I'm in such pain I'm crying and wishing for a hysterectomy!! I get nauseous sometimes with it as well. My bleeding isn't heavy though, and I got a prescription for higher dose ibuprofen and once it kicks in I'm usually better but not best. I had my first pap smear and she said I have normal anatomy and everything but I don't think that says anything about endometriosis...
