I am having a hard time with cervical mucus & cervical position. I did an exam last week & I'm pretty sure I felt my cervix, it was hard pretty obvious it was low. I checked it today & it was as if I couldn't find it & everything felt pretty soft(what I could feel any way). So my question is if my cervix is high how come I am not having much cm? Is there anything I can do to improve the amount & quality of my cm?
