Ovarian cysts

I've previously had a ovarian cyst rupture and all the doctor did was give me Motrin. As of lately though the symptoms have come back so I believe I ruptured another one. Instead of a day or so I've been bloated, cramping, fatigued, and loss of appetite for a little over a week. Should I visit the doctor or ride it out? Has anyone dealt with these cysts before and any advice on dealing with the pain?
