OPK second look

Kate • 33. Canadian. TTC #1 since Aug. 2014. PCOS. MC in June 2016. Uterine septum and ovarian cyst removed January 2017. Started Metformin January 2018.
Have I missed my ovulation day? 
Top is CD12, then CD13, CD14, CD15, and CD16. Was CD12 the surge? Or was it before? I started testing on CD12, so may have missed it?
