Going mad! Someone help!

Today i thought it had started but iv literally had the tiniest amount of blood & then it went to only when i wiped which was really really light pink in colour that was this afternoon & now it has completely stopped! Also had some light cramping. Also cervix is quite high and soft and wet (tmi sorry 🙊) but i know thats not a reliable pregnancy checker plus iv had 2 kids already. Has anyone had this & got ther BfP? Please advice or experience all welcome & thankyou in advance xx
