Would you tell a girl if she had a foundation line on her jaw bone?

Like there is a 6 shade difference between her face and her jaw line and the rest of her neck.

I've don't it before. I've just gone up and said "girl to girl, I think you missed some blending. Just letting you know, I've been there"

Whether or not that's not totally correct because of the fact that no blending will make foundation that dark/light match your skin, I've at least politely brought it to her attention.

Not if I don't know them, like some random lady in Walmart. I'm really not that concerned about other people's make up. However, if it was a friend or someone I knew I would say something.

I will tell someone who I'm friends with if I think it's a mismatch to her skin. Nobody wants to look like an alien. Its part of being a friend to say 'hey, you rubbed off one of the wings on your eyeliner'. Or 'there is a really obvious line of makeup on your jawline.' I hope from the same for me and I usually get told if I have lipstick on my teeth or something

It happens sometimes to me, because I'm super fair, and all my foundations are the fairest in the variety of shades (like mac nw13) and even while using them I could have the difference between neck and jawline ugh! But not 6 shades, just 0,5 to 2 shades. I had a colleague, who always told me about that but she wasn't sweet at all, tho.

I used to do that for anyone, however I recently visited the highschool that I graduated from to drop off some stuff for the teachers who are still good friends. I stopped in at a restroom and this girl did a HORRIBLE job. She was really pale and it looked like she hadn't tried to blend the darker "contour" color that was on her jaw. It was rubbing out onto her clothes so I let her know. I carry a couple brushes on me and even though you shouldn't I offered her one in case she didn't have one on her. 
She got so mad. "Fuck off skank", and then shoved past me out of the bathroom. After that I say fuck it. If you're a friend or friendly acquaintance I'll help out but other than that it's every girl for themself.
